What is Coping with COVID?
Coping with COVID is a 50-minute interactive presentation that has been developed to open the conversation about mental health and anxiety during this pandemic. Full of stories of lived experience and real-life coping strategies, Coping with COVID is available in three distinct versions:
Coping with COVID for parents
- Two inspiring presenters. Make sure to stick around until the end for their Q+A:
- A local psychologist with a specialty in parenting and anxiety disorders, will offer their professional perspective on how kids are doing during this pandemic, and how to help them as they return to school.
- A NAMISWOH-trained parent of a child dealing with anxiety will share their powerful lived experience and coping strategies.
Coping with COVID for students
- Scheduling now available for schools, youth groups, clubs, and other student-centric organizations.
