NAMI In Our Own Voice is a unique public education program, in which two trained speakers share their own personal stories about living with mental illness and achieving recovery. They discuss their own journey with their mental illness and go over what happened, what helped, and what’s next.
NAMI Ending the Silence is a 50-minute in-school presentation about mental health designed for middle and high school students. Students learn about mental illness from two individuals. One is a family member of a person living with mental illness. The other is a young adult who experienced symptoms of mental illness while they were in school.
Good for Business is a 50-minute presentation that helps companies understand how eliminating mental health stigma in the workplace can improve employee health and productivity.

Hot Topics in Mental Health is a free community presentation discussing issues relevant to mental health. We hold Hot Topics in various locations throughout the region on the 2nd Tuesday of every month (except on holidays). The topics are varied. Please check the website for the next presentation’s topic.
