Find Help, Find Hope!

NAMI In Our Own Voice is a unique public education program developed by NAMI, in which two trained speakers share compelling personal stories about living with mental illness and achieving recovery. They will discuss their own journey with their mental illness diagnosis over several set sections: Dark Days, Acceptance, Treatment, Coping Skills, and Successes, Hopes & Dreams.

NAMI Ending the Silence is a 50-minute in-school presentation about mental health designed for middle and high school students. Students learn about mental illness from two individuals: one who is a family member of a person living with mental illness and the other a young adult who experienced symptoms of mental illness while they were in school.

Good for Business is a 50-minute presentation that helps companies understand how eliminating mental health stigma in the workplace can improve employee health and productivity.

Hot Topics in Mental Health is a free community presentation discussing issues relevant to mental health. Sessions are scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of every month, except on holidays or when the venue is not available. We hold Hot Topics in various locations throughout the region.
